Shipping and Delivery

1. FOR THE BUYERS 

A. Delivery Time and Shipping


Most of the orders placed through us are delivered within 2-3 weeks. You will be notified of a planned shipping date within 2 business days of placing your order. Price of all our products is inclusive of import duties, export duties, shipping charges, custom clearing charges, service tax and any other charges applicable. Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at our discretion.

We process all deliveries through Gati, an express shipping service. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partner. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in shipment due to Custom’s department in your nation.

B. Packing of the Item


Unframed and unmounted works of art will be shipped rolled up and in protective cylinders. Art works that are framed (with glass or otherwise) or those art works which are susceptible to breakage will be packed in protective layers of bubble-wrap and other such anti-shock material so that they are delivered to you undamaged.

C. Online Tracking

All products are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

D. Buyer's Protection Program


The payment is not released to the seller until the product is delivered to the buyer and the buyer confirms product satisfaction. The Website cross check the quality of the product offered for sale by the Seller through Our fulfilment centre for quality checking. The Company upholds high standards of post purchase service, such as easy returns and refunds in case of delayed delivery or damaged/defective/broken orders, or if the order does not match the description or photo as specified on the website, or if the product is disliked for quality. The Company is bound to respond to any refund/return claim within 15 working days; however your payment will be refunded after the approval of the Website’s team.

 

2. FOR THE SELLERS


A. As soon as an order is placed for any of your products on the website, you will be notified immediately via email. You can also check the same in the “My Account” page. You are required to courier the order placed by the buyer(s) within 2 working days on confirmation of the sale (i.e. after payment is confirmed) to Our fulfilment centre for quality checking.

B. Shipping charges, for sending the products to Our fulfilment centre for quality checking for any order will be borne by the seller. Product packaging will be taken care of by the seller. Unframed and unmounted works of art need to be shipped rolled up and in protective cylinders. C. The Company assures delivery of your work through reputed courier services so as to avoid any damages or misplacement while shipping. It is the seller’s responsibility to maintain the assurance of availability of products once they are listed on the website. The Company follows a very simple “click and buy” model to ensure the fastest transactions for a seller.

D. The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership of a seller in case of repeated returns or complaints. A seller must consent wholly to the Company “terms and conditions” to showcase their work on the website.
