What are ‘Imported/Global/International’ products?
‘Imported/Global/International’ products are shipped from foreign countries. GlobePanda is a home to imported products. This is an integrated online shopping platform with all International Products.
Do International products incur extra charges, international taxes, or duties?
No, none of the products at GlobePanda incur any additional cost. The product cost shown on the website is inclusive of all the added values i.e. ‘shipping charges, customs duty, international taxes’, hence, you need not pay a single extra penny for the order.

Which currency is required to pay in to purchase an imported product?
All orders are processed in INR. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in own country’s currency. You will checkout using INR at the most current exchange rate.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD) for the International product?
You can pay Cash on Delivery (COD) for order value under Rs 900. You will be receiving a automated confirmation call after placing the order. After your confirmation order will be further processed.
When can the I expect the delivery of an imported product?
GlobePanda delivers imported products within 2 – 3 weeks by Express Shipping, after the order placement. For more details, you can refer to our shipping policy.
Am I allowed to cancel my order for a global product?
No, an order once placed cannot be canceled as it involves international shipping. You can contact our Customer Service team at +91-98913-66699 for any assistance.
GlobePanda automatically cancels a product order if the product quality fails to stand with the quality standards of the company during its quality check. You will be updated for the automatic cancellation of the order by e-mail.
Can I return an International product?
Yes, in case you receive a damaged, defective or a wrong product, you can raise a ‘return Request’ within 1 days after receiving the product. You are also requested to read the product description carefully while ordering the product.
Refunds will be initiated after validating the ‘Return Request’. You will receive the refunded amount by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
