Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. What items are returnable?

All items except undergarments, free gifts, or promotional items are returnable in the following cases :
a. Damaged Item
b. Defective item
c. Wrong Color/Size
d. Wrong product delivered
Please note that items shall be returned in original condition and original packing.

2. Are there any charges for return?

We will reimburse you the courier charges. You need to return it by courier at the below mentioned address :

Note : Please do put a paper with your order number on it in the package, otherwise your refund process may be delayed.

3. What is the time period of returning an item?

An item must be initiated for return through this return panel by logging on to http://returns.globepanda.com within 7 day of receipt of shipment.

4. How and when will I get the refund?

Your return request will be processed as soon as we receive your returned products. Normally your refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days of receipt of shipment.

In case of prepaid orders, amount will be refunded in original payment method.
In case of COD orders, you need to provide your bank details. You are requested to verify the bank details properly as it may delay your refund.

5. How much amount will be refunded?

100% Amount will be refunded

6. How to cancel the order?

In order to cancel the order please call our Hotline +91-98913-66699 or leave a message at help@globepanda.com. Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. In case of prepaid orders, amount will be refunded immediately.
