Refund Policy


After placing an order, if the Buyer wishes to cancel the order, the Buyer shall send an email to with order details that need to be canceled with a reason. You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing the order or before the shipment of the Product from Our fulfillment center for quality checking. In case the item You have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to You, You cannot cancel the order. When a cancellation is accepted by the Website, We shall refund after the approval of Globepanda’s team in your original payment method used at the time of purchasing the product. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.


We offer return and refund for the Products ordered on the website which qualify under the following categories:

  1. delayed delivered;

  2. incorrect goods or any Products which are not in consonance with the description and

  3. damaged goods

The Buyers cannot return products as per their convenience. There are some products, which are unreturnable and the buyers can find the list of such Products in Our Website. Buyer has to register the refund claim within 1 days of the receipt of the product. You can raise a claim via the “Return Order” option in the “My Accounts” page and fill the following details like Fill AWB number, Courier name, select the appropriate reason of returning the item and a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item. The Website will not entertain any claim made after 1 days of receipt of an order. Your request will be processed within 7 working days, and you will receive an email letting you know your return and refund is under production. You will be given full refund in case the order is not sent within the promised time period. If the product is different from Website’s item description, you can return the item and get full refund or get partial refund and keep the product. But in case, you decide to return the item, you have to return it within 48 hours of delivery. If the received item is damaged, you will be given a full refund. You need to return the parcel within 48 hours of delivery.


To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions from located on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID, and item number. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return. In case the Product received by you is damaged or is not as described or color mismatch then shipping charges shall be reimbursed to you in your globepanda wallet. In any other case no reimbursement of shipping charges occurred to you shall be made. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.


Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Once we are in receipt of the goods or have received the tracking information of the returned item from you, we will the refund amount to your bank account, credit card, online wallet, etc. We typically issue your refund within 15 working days of receiving the package.
